Medical statistical studies on the infection rate of laminar flow operating rooms has been published by Brandt et al in Germany and a researcher in China. The author carries out a deep investigation and a serious discussion, and points out that there are three misleading points in the two articles: misleading in logic, method and direction, and three neglects: the neglect of air microorganism, laminar flow and the Architectural technical code for hospital clean operating department. Finally, points out that laminar flow is a high-end clean technology. At present, laminar flow is not a problem of choice, but a contradiction between popularization and improvement.
